The CJR headline "How not to report on a transgender victim" is spot on. The Plain Dealer's articles if let uncontested would have drop kicked journalistic standards on reporting transgender issues back twenty years.
Fox8 certainly jumped on that band wagon quick.
Fox8 in this painful exercise of transphobia revictimized Ce Ce by using male pronouns and her birth name despite being fully aware she was a transgender woman who went by the name Cemia.
However, I will have to come to defense of the Plain Dealer on one count. CJR criticized the Plain Dealer for using a mug shot of Ce Ce. I used the same picture on the planetransgender post "Plain Dealer reports the Murder of a Transgender Woman as A "Brutal Slaying" of a Oddly Dressed Man" because at that moment there were none better of her. I posted her mug shot because I wanted her murderers caught. As bad as that picture was it was all I had. I have since updated that post with a better photo of her.
I'm not implying the Plain Dealer had good intentions posting those mug shots only that they may not have had any options ether. The Plain Dealer has not updated their picture.
The rest of the CJR critique is on target particularly these paragraphs about the last article:
The second story, “Brutal slaying marks the end of Clevelander’s fight for acceptance,” at first seems like it might be better. Except that story, too, starts by identifying her as Carl, which means her fight is far from over. This is ironic, because at the end of the story an italicized note says, “This story has been edited since originally posted to bring it within the style recommended by the Associated Press involving transgender people.” I don’t know what the original said, but I do know what the AP Stylebook says, which is this:
Transgender: Use the pronoun preferred by the individuals who have acquired the physical characteristics of the opposite sex or present themselves in a way that does not correspond with their sex at birth. If that preference is not expressed, use the pronoun consistent with the way the individuals live publicly.
Instead, the story drops all pronouns and refers to Cemia as Carl, which seems like a half-hearted effort to be consistent with the AP’s recommendations.
Thankfully these article will not be accepted as status Que. They were mean spirited, hateful, malicious attacks on transgender people. Thank you Columbia Journalism Review for making this clear.

Jenny's Bridal Boutique Bigot Refuses To Let Transgender Woman Try On Wedding Gowns
Rohit Singh a transgender woman from Saskatoon was out excitedly shopping for that one perfect dress to wear on her special day and happened into Jenny's Bridal Boutique.
When she found one she wanted to try on she and her fiance were mortified when the shop's owner, Jenny Correia refused to serve her saying "....sorry we don't allow men to wear dresses here," Singh recalled to CBC News. "I said I'm not a man, I'm transgender."
When contacted Thursday by CBC News, the bridal shop owner, who declined to provide her surname, said she stands by her decision.
"To me it doesn't matter," the owner said. "He looked like a man. There was quite a few brides in the store. If you see a man trying on dresses, you're going to feel uncomfortable."
"Singh later found a red gown at My Lynh Bridal, on Idylwyld Drive North, where she described the service as excellent. Singh's marriage took place on Monday."
Krysten Hildebrand from Saskatoon posted this insightful comment by Rohit Singh's mother in law in the Jenny's Bridals google reviews: "I'm more than happy to share this, A friend of mine wrote this...."

Krysten Hildebrand from Saskatoon posted this insightful comment by Rohit Singh's mother in law in the Jenny's Bridals google reviews: "I'm more than happy to share this, A friend of mine wrote this...."
"You may or may not know that my son was very recently married to a wonderful person, who is transgender. The reason I am sharing this is that she and my son were visiting bridal shops so she could try on dresses. At one of the shops, Jenny's Bridal Boutique (downtown on 2nd Avenue), she was not allowed to try on any of the gowns by the owner (Jenny). This isn't the only instance of alleged discrimination. It has also been reported in the reviews Jenny Correia and her her staff told a woman in a wheel chair to leave because she was 'marking up the floor'. Another occasion a staff member sneered at a shopper and directed her without prompting to the discount rack making her feel about a inch high.
I was so incensed when my son told me this I called the owner. I managed to stay calm but asked why she wouldn't serve my son's fiancee. She replied that she only serves female customers, that it is her business and she can set the rules.
I asked her she should become informed about transgender people, told her I feel this is a human rights issue (though not illegal), that she had made a wonderful young person feel bad, and that furthermore she would lose business from all the bad publicity that will follow because I work in a large organization, that I have two sisters at the U of S, and we will spread the word, so that's what I'm doing.
Even if she had been the least ashamed or apologetic, it might have been better, but she wasn't. So I am asking you to spread the word about this incident and please boycott her business--she deserves it! Oh, and the good news, my son's fiancee bought a stunning red gown at My Lynh's on Idylwyld--My Lynh is a sweetheart, has beautiful reasonably-priced dresses and is a skilled seamstress-- and was very good to her.

Idaho Transgender Shopper Denied Public Accommodations, Given No Trespass Orders For Using The Bathroom
Ally Robledo a Transgender Woman from Lewiston ID was shopping for groceries and nature called. Seems ordinary enough. But her shopping trip ended suddenly as was given a no trespass order after two cisgender woman complained to management about a 'man' in the bathroom.
Ally wasn't bothering anyone, the cisgender woman recognized her as transgender and used that knowledge to hurt her.
Robledo was given a no trespass order Monday night shortly after exiting the Rosauer's grocery store location in Lewiston according to KlewTV "A male subject who was using the female restroom, and that made some women customers uncomfortable because of the appearance that a male was using their restroom," said Lewiston Police Captain Roger Lanier.
“So when I use the female restroom, I feel more comfortable, I feel like a lady," Robledo told North West Public Radio. "I don't invade anybody's privacy and for them to bring that out in a no trespassing order is just humiliating.”
The 25-year-old trans woman claims the Spokane-based grocery chain violated her civil rights, and she’s looking into a lawsuit. Idaho law does not outright prevent businesses from denying service to someone based on gender identity or sexual orientation.

Dallas TransWoman's Need of Police Protection To Use Hospital Restroom May End
May 2012 transgender woman Paula Witherspoon received a ticket for using the ladies room at Parkland Hospital Dallas Texas.
The hospital said at the time the ticket she received was 'under review' casting doubt on the validity of the charge and the Parkland police actions.
In the meantime Paula Witherspoon must call for police protection before she uses the bathroom at the Hospital.
But this may change as Parkland Hospital announced they are reviewing there personal policies with the intention" to prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity, gender expression and genetic information."
I spoke with Rafael McDonnell Communications and Advocacy Manager Resource Center Dallas who said "Next Tuesday 1/22, the board of managers for Parkland Hospital are expected to add transgender protections to their nondiscrimination policy. The hospital has more than 8,200 employees, and is the largest public hospital in North Texas. The Dallas Business Journal broke the story but incorrectly stated that the policy will come up next month."
"Parkland has also agreed to take part in HRC's Healthcare Equality Index survey for 2013. They would be the first hospital in DFW to do so, and only the second in the entire state of Texas. With the policy addition, Parkland will become the only hospital in Texas to have a fully inclusive nondiscrimination policy and offer domestic partner benefits."
Rafael the driving force behind most of the DFW's incredible LGBT progress will be speaking at the January board of managers meeting.
Trigger warning: Outing and misgendering. The interviewer accusingly asks Paula 'Are you sure you didn't do anything wrong in that bathroom?"

"Seeing Red" A tempest in a teapot. Now Sack Julie Burchill
A lot of trans people were upset by a Suzanne Moore piece in the New Statesman tittled 'Seeing Red: the power of female anger'. In all honesty I didn't find it offensive.
But then the piece didn't have the paragraph that angered so many people stereotyping Brazilian transsexuals when I read it. For the record Moore wrote:
But reading into the comments I do find reasons the UK trans community would be offended since between 126 and 200 trans murders were reported in Brazil at the 2012 TDOR especially since the ink hasn't even dried and yet another Brazilian trans woman has been reported brutally murdered today.
In that context Moore's comment is an offensive stereotyping of a particular ethnicity of the trans community. The 126 who were murdered probably weren't drop dead gorgeous and didn't have wide hips or big breasts. They were most likely like me in appearance. It then becomes obvious the Moore used that comparison as backhanded slap at trans peoples as she refused to become educated about that indiscretion.
Moore's true colors came out as she responded to trans people's indignation by tweeting
Columnist Militant Feminist Julie Burchill responded to Moore's leaving twitter on the Guardian with "Transsexuals should cut it out" saying it's a shame she' should be driven from her chosen mode of time-wasting by a bunch of dicks in chicks' clothing.
Burchill didn't limit her disrespect to trans people she obviously abhors other minorities as well.
That shouldn't be too surprising since in 2002 she narrowly escaped prosecution for incitement to racial hatred, "following a Guardian column where she described Ireland as being synonymous with child molestation, Nazi-sympathising, and the oppression of women. Source: Wikipedia
Burchill was just getting warmed up and refocused her hated on trans people cavalierly using the reviled word 'trannies' and threatening "these bed-wetters in bad wigs are "lucky I'm not calling them shemales. Or shims."
As you can guess the trans community is up in arms about this outrage. Many have already emailed complaints about Bruchill's article to Stephen Pritchard president of the Organization of News Ombudsmen but don't let that stop you. Email him at reader@observer.co.uk
The Independent is running a poll to get a idea of how society in general feels about Julie Burchill's article.
This poll was shared 500+ times and of those shares I assume most responded to the poll to. Click Here to take the poll.
Personally, I don't want the article removed from the Guardian. I want Burchill fired. I want a full retraction and apology from the Guardian addressing each instance of Burchill's hate.
But then the piece didn't have the paragraph that angered so many people stereotyping Brazilian transsexuals when I read it. For the record Moore wrote:
" [Women] are angry with ourselves for not being happier, not being loved properly and not having the ideal body shape – that of a Brazilian transsexual.”All and all not that offensive but that's just me. I have watched in utter amazement trans Brazilian pageant contestants. So in a way its a complement as they have raised the bar so frustratingly high that many, both cis and trans people might see as unattainable.
But reading into the comments I do find reasons the UK trans community would be offended since between 126 and 200 trans murders were reported in Brazil at the 2012 TDOR especially since the ink hasn't even dried and yet another Brazilian trans woman has been reported brutally murdered today.

Moore's true colors came out as she responded to trans people's indignation by tweeting
" “People can just fuck off really. Cut their dicks off and be more feminist than me. Good for them.”So good riddance to Moore but that was nothing in comparison to what followed ber departure.
"The reaction of the trans lobby reminded me very much of those wretched inner-city kids who shoot another inner-city kid dead in a fast-food shop for not showing them enough "respect"
That shouldn't be too surprising since in 2002 she narrowly escaped prosecution for incitement to racial hatred, "following a Guardian column where she described Ireland as being synonymous with child molestation, Nazi-sympathising, and the oppression of women. Source: Wikipedia

Video Tells Viewers If Your Wife is Trans Then "Its a MAN?!? Kill IT"
A You tube video called "Its a man?!" published December 8th 2012 by "JustKiddingNews" channel violates You Tubes community standards by using hate speech towards trans people.
The video uses language witnesses have reported hearing when trans people are murdered. The video is intentionally demeaning and dehumanizing alternately describing the victim, who was beaten by her husband as a her, it, him and shim.
You tubes Hate speech community guidelines.
•We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity).
One click on the You Tube video BUTTON ABOVE ^ go to the You Tube site look for the little flag just below the video on the right side, click it and report them. Every click adds power to our complaint.
Hate speech directed towards trans people can come under many guises, political, religious and in this case, comedy. It's not funny to us when the last thing we remember hearing before losing consciousness is "Kill IT". Ask me I know.

Meteor Wifi Advert Complaints Upheld. Trans People Win.
A lesson for Paul Ryder: Transgender People Are Empowered, Again.
The Transgender Equality Network Ireland (TENI) has led the worlds trans community for the second time in a hard fought battle and for the second time we won
The first instance was pretty clear cut. There was no denying that the Paddy Power was transphobic so it took no time for the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland (ASAI) to deem the ad transphobic compelling Paddy Power to pull it.
The latest instance it was much more difficult to prove harm was indeed intended so TENI called us to respond via twitter and social media. Respond we did but so did a world of of transphobic trolls waiting to argue otherwise.
But this time I found out who one of the actors were and took drag queen Paul Ryder to Task For His Part in the ad.
For my efforts I was harassed, people tried to intimidate me, calling me names, denigrating my humanity. There were even some tweets saying I should be sued.
But the coup de grace was a tweet mentioning Paul Ryder by one of his followers threatening to kick my teeth in. That account was deactivated soon afterwards.
Important to note, I am not declaring war on drag queens but there's a lesson here for people like Paul Ryder. You will be held accountable. If you act to harm us you can no longer drown us out in the media. We will not be cowed by threats of violence. You can no longer hide under the trans umbrella obfuscating the truth.
Transgender people are no longer your prey.

Aurora School Board Disbands The Ad Hoc Committee: Hate Won This 1
With the echo's of Newtown ricocheting in our souls we awaken to another evil manifesting itself in an Elementary School. The Aurora School board has by example let it be known to school children physical assaults and verbal abuse of transgender classmates is acceptable and worst yet satisfies cravings to do harm to others different from them.
"We were kicked and pushed by the IFI and associates at the Ad Hoc meeting. They were trying to prevent us from entering the school." Crystal Ann Gray Committee member.
President Obama called on us to protect ALL of our children. He did not say except the children the IFI a designated Hate Group wish to dehumanize.
The Aurora School Board disbanded the Ad Hoc Committee during it's December 17th meeting. The committee was just formed by the board to discuss its transgender policy after the outrageous conduct by the IFI at the regular School Board meeting made future discussions impossible. This action effectively ended any hope transgender students in the district had of ever feel safe, respected or accepted.
"The IFI won this battle but not the war" Crystal Ann Gray president of the Illinois based United States Transgender Transgender Advocacy told me in a phone call after the meeting. Ms. Gray one of two transgender Ad Hoc committee members said "They won by intimidating the school board."
Ms Gray who was invited onto the Ad Hoc committee as a expert witness used the Glsen 2011 Survey to educate committee members of the inadequacies of the School's anti harassment policies. Gray explained the inexplicable about face the board took "The School Board justified their action by saying that Illinois state law will suffice despite being fully aware it doesn't."
My take? They scared the Board so bad with there petition calling on their firing the board forgot the reason they unanimously voted for protecting every child in the first place.
The transgender inclusive policies unanimously approved by the Aurora School board are now officially history and so is the School board. They will forever be remembered for what was shouted at them when they rescinded the policy by the parents at that meeting.

NYC Transwoman Arrested For Presenting Court Name and Gender Marker Change To HRA
Jolie Estrella, a transgender woman is still depending on friends for food because the city's Human Resource Administration (HRA) has refused to accept her court order correcting her name and gender marker.
When Ms Estrella tried to present her name and gender marker court paperwork on November 2011 she told the Queens Chronicle:
" They were bewildered,” Estrella said of her visit. “One of the girls was confused and didn’t know what to do. She went to a supervisor, or a coworker, someone who she respected. He accused me of having fraudulent documents.”
She left that day and returned dressed in a sweatsuit, I presume in a atempt to appear androgynous, prepared to be abused for food the Queens Legal Service reports:
"The Center’s Case Manager refused to process her request to change her name, refused to correct her gender marker from male to female, and refused to use the correct pronouns and her legal name despite repeated requests. Furthermore, the Case Manager made stunningly inappropriate, discriminatory and demeaning remarks about Ms. Estrella’s sex, gender, orientation and physical disability (including telling her that she had low self-esteem and could not “make it as a man”)
When she asked to speak to a supervisor, the individual allegedly refused to use her legal name and instead sent her to another location where she was met by HRA security guards who ordered her to leave the building.
These actions by HRA staff constitute violations of the New York City and State Human Rights Laws, which prohibit such discrimination in public accommodations. The actions further violate HRA’s own Procedure No. P-09-22, “Serving Transgender, Transsexual, and Gender Nonconforming Individuals,” which was issued in December 2009 after years of advocacy by the Audre Lorde Project, the Sylvia Rivera Law Project, and Housing Works. The Procedure instructs HRA staff to ask clients what their preferred name, title, and gender pronoun are and informs staff that refusing to abide by their answer is a form of harassment.
“Ms. Estrella has a right to be treated with respect and to have her documents reflect who she is, as does any applicant for benefits,” said Richard Saenz, Staff Attorney at Queens Legal Services. “Transgender individuals are constantly forced to accept harassment or give up their benefits. That’s not a choice that anyone should be forced to make, particularly at agencies that serve as a last defense against poverty, homelessness, and poor health. As a City agency, HRA must abide by the laws and regulations of both the State and New York City.”
The new suit follows a similar suit filed against HRA in June by Manhattan Legal Services and South Brooklyn Legal Services on behalf of another transgender woman whose request to change her name and gender marker were denied, despite the fact that she had in her possession both a name change order and a letter from her physician. LSNYC’s clients seek damages, an order that the defendants and their employees will refrain from such discrimination against the clients or any other person, trainings for HRA staff on the rights of transgender people, and a clear procedure for changing gender markers on identity documents.

Because of this treatment, Ms. Estrella was denied equal access to benefits. In April 2012, an Administrative Law Judge ordered HRA to process Ms. Estrella’s Public Assistance application in her legal name and to provide her with retroactive benefits. Stunningly, HRA continues to address Ms. Estrella by her former name in all correspondence.

Texas ISD principal Terminates Cosmetology Class To Rid School Of "Flamboyant Gays"
Then principal Thomas Amons takes retribution against Instructor Cequada Clark pictured right, and fires her from all of her other teaching positions. Being a Texan this makes me ill.
You can hear the few dozen protesters demanding principal Thomas Amons produce proof that he cancelled the program for lack of participation and you can see Fox News was there but as some on the facebook protest page have noted Fox is refusing to publish about the story having posted this on their Facebook page.
Instructor Cequada Clark responded on that same thread to Fox's contention she was not employed by the BISD:
Instructor Cequada Clark told the Examiner
Source: The Advocate reports a cosmetology program for adults at a Texas technical school is canceled, according to The Examiner of southeast Texas, because it's illegal to bar an applicant for his sexual orientation.A short video of today's protest shared on facebook by Vic Demented.
Instructor Cequada Clark of the Taylor Career Center told the newspaper that the school's principal, Thomas Amons, had said he'd rather shut down the program than have "flamboyantly gay guys" included.
The Examiner reports that Kwmane Gray, 22, arrived at class and when the principal realized it, he consulted with lawyers about how to keep him out. The lawyers for the Beaumont Independent School District reportedly advised that it's illegal to ban an individual student just for being gay, so instead the principal shuttered the entire program, which had been running since 2009.
Clark, who told the newspaper she had been subsequently fired from her job, said the program had been used most often by single mothers who were trying to start a career.

"I have a BISD email I have a BISD w-2 form and a 1099 my name is in the book at the career center and the high school enrollment tutorial forms as a teacher. Am I on candid camera? I work as a paraprofessional -a high school tutorial- and I also was the teacher of the Adult cosmetology program. I have a copies of my time sheets."In two days over 800 people who have signed the petition demanding proof as well. Will you?
Instructor Cequada Clark told the Examiner
“I don’t understand this. I really don’t,” Clark said. “(Amons) told me he would rather shut down the program altogether than to have ‘riff-raff’ like that in the program. The next day, he shut down the program.”This may not be quickly resolved so in the meantime I hope all my LGBT family patronizes Cequada Clark's wonderful establishment.
Clark, who has headed the adult cosmetology program since 2009 at BISD, said, “Earlier this year, I learned he had a problem with gay guys while we were at the hair show in April.” Clark said at the hair show, Amons told her that he never wanted to see “flamboyantly gay guys” in the BISD program like the men enrolled at other programs competing in the event.

ABC Don't Tell me Your "Work It" Picture Isn't about Me. Its Killing Me.
Things are so desperate, I am wondering am I strong enough to keep my new job after only three months .My mind and soul hurt. I break down often when I get home. So much damage has been done.
Italic paragraphs from the New York Times For Transgender Detainees, a Jail Policy Offers Some Security “They are more likely to interact with police because they are more likely to be victims of violent crime, because they are more likely to be on the street due to homelessness and/or being unwelcome at home, because their circumstances often force them to work in the underground economy, and even because many face harassment and arrest simply because they are out in public while being transgender.”
Flip to my life in bold: Today as I exited a stall in the women's room the ten ladies waiting suddenly ceased their light hearted banter. As I washed my hands I could literally feel the hate boring into my back. Dead silence.
Seven percent of respondents reported being arrested or detained in jail due only to their gender identity.(myself being one of that 7% who responded we had been arrested simply for being transgender on the Task Force's survey.
The bathroom was so crowded because the shipping department meeting just ended. The one that the vice president of my company assured me the subject of sexual harassment (they do not have gender protections) would be raised. It was not, again.
Today the cumulative effect of the 3 months of harassment, ostracization, physical assaults and just evil vitriol gossip made me wonder, why am I working? My kitty stripy baby and my first apartment in 20 years?
If I went back to the streets what then? Nothing certain but one thing. I would rid myself of this hateful place and people once and for all. I would also lose all of my self respect and dignity. Why even breath then?
And it all started with a rumor on my very first day of employment. It spread like wildfire that I was using the men's room. That sort of hateful rumor is given visual conformation by this image published by ABC "Work It". So ABC don't tell me your picture isn't about me. Its killing me.

Charles McVety STOP CORRUPTING The Bible to Instill Fear
Pseudo Christian Charles McVety is at it again. Previously a print version of this video now being aired on Canadian TV was pulled with the publisher apologizing and promising to apply any earnings made from it to queer endeavours.
Now it appears this hate monger is at it again and according to Canadian blogger Mercedes Allen there's much more to it and we need to remain vigilant.

Chilean Transgender Houses Burnt to the Ground Demand a Investigation!
Four separate houses temporally being used after a earthquake destroyed the permanent structures were burnt to the ground on September 19, 2011. The investigating official declared it a accident caused by a space heater even though he never visited the site.
Ironically, or perhaps intentionally the fire occur ed as the occupants were celebrating independence day.
Source: Front Line Defenders.org "Ms Soraya Sánchez, President of Transgéneras por el Cambio, (Transgender for Change) and Mr Andrés Rivera Duarte of the Organización por la Dignidad de la Diversidad – OTD (Organisation for Dignity of Diversity), have publicly denounced the fires as a hate crime, specifically targeting the transgender community and organisations working to promote and protect the rights of that community. As a result of their public statements both Transgéneras por el Cambio and the OTD fear that there could be further attacks carried out against them or their members."

ARE YOU A FACEBOOK TRANSGENDER NAME FAKER? Your account may be suspended too!
Is Facebook engaging in gender cleansing? The editor of Frock Magazine and founder of Gender Society believes she is a victim of Gender Cleansing!
You may know my editor, a trans woman by the name of Katie Glover? Well, her personal Facebook account was disabled on July 12th 2011. After inquiring as to why Facebook informed her by email she she was kicked off because she is a "faker" for not using her "real" name presumably meaning the name on her birth certificate! Whats more, there appears no way for Katie to contest her being deleted!
RU A FACEBOOK Transgender FAKER TOO?
Not using your legal name? Then you might also see this next time you try and log on to Facebook:
Katie posted this on the Gender society forum this morning:
"July 13, 2011 10:28:23 AM BST
I tried to post a status update yesterday evening and discovered that I was logged out of Facebook. Upon attempting to log in I received a message that said my account had been disabled. The reason given was that I was a faker because I had not used my real name. They didn't mention my birth certificate but they obviously meant that I had not used my official male name (ie the one on my birth certificate).
No warning was given and there was no way to appeal. In fact, I could not find any way of contacting Facebook at all.
I have done nothing wrong. My only crime is being a TG person. It took me years to build up all the contacts I had on Facebook and I used it every day to communicate with them as part of my work for this community and also for Frock Magazine. Losing Facebook is akin to losing my hard drive and everything on it. This is yet another serious blow for me and I'm not happy.
However, it could just be the thin end of the wedge. I would guess that the vast, vast majority of TG people who have Facebook accounts use their femme name rather than their male name. What are the implications of this for them? This action raises a lot of questions...
Have Facebook set a precedent by kicking me out?
Will we now see the bulk cleansing from Facebook of all trans people who refuse to use their male names?
Does this mean that Facebook is transphobic?
Have they just declared war on the worldwide trans community?
Over to you...
Hugs, Katie x

As we all are aware many trans people do not use the name on our birth certificates. Many of use use pseudonyms or preferred names on facebook. Its just part of the transitional experience. Some find ourselves unable to transition past a certain point, some are happy at a transitional point that does not include legal name changes.
These are personal reasons and not are not offensive or illegal!

Ethics Board rules for Dana Beyer: Complainant "Maryland Citizens for responsible government" Unethical
The Montgomery ethics panel dismissed charges brought against transgender woman Dana Beyer then a policy advisor to Councilwoman Duchy Trachtenberg (D-At large).
The discredited group which brought the charges, "Maryland Citizens for Responsible Government" (CRG) also produced the Not in My Shower campaign and was of the same ilk as those who perpetrated the ridiculous discredited Rio Sport and Health Club shower man in the shower hoax.
This manufactured event in lieu of any actual occurrences was reported by ABC 7 which abdicated its integrity by reporting it as factual news of a man invading womens privacy with "Controversial Law on Gender Identity Tested"
Those same type of people that produced the country club video produced this egregious video preying on the worst fears a mother could have. Who could forget the Gainesville pervert bathroom video?
"CRG" had alleged Dana Beyer had used her position to intimidate opponents collecting petition signatures to overturn the county's transgender non discrimination law at a supermarket.
We will continue to Teach the facts debunking one lieing cowardly hate mongering transphobic extremist at a time.

"The ethics commission ruled that there was no persuasive evidence that Beyer used her position for personal gain or to stop people from collecting the signatures, according to the 17-page finding issued Friday."
"The commission also found that those making the claims against Beyer showed "palpable and unapologetic disdain for transgendered individuals," which made the testimony not credible."

Danish Reporter Søren Østergaard Jensen: Transgender Family "Freak Show"
A Danish TV reporter while interviewing the editor of a new LGBT magazine calls a transgender people a "Freak Show" with "perverted desires".
According to AutoTrans Blogspot Danish news reporter Søren Østergaard Jensen referred to transgender people as “weirdos with perverse desires" while interviewing "Proud" magazine editor Tina Kristensen about a transgender parented family.
TV 2 doesn't think it needs to apologigize and issued this statement;
- TV 2 l East Jutland has no prejudices against either gay, transgender and other sexual minorities. Quite the contrary. We invite them like inside and that was what happened in the program Good Evening Jutland, where the presenter Søren Ø. Jensen interviewed the editor of a new gay magazine. An informative program where all viewers will learn about life as a homosexual and transsexual. Following the broadcast, both the studio host and I have been attributed several motives and I - based on a quote that was taken out of context - among other things called a biased TV2 boss. Let me stress that I and Good Evening Jutland is the exact opposite. We are interested in living for all shades of life and have great respect for the challenges of a life as a transsexual or homosexual offers, "says managing editor Eva Kvist. TV 2 Jutland East
LGBT Denmark condemned TV 2:
"- TV 2 media will appear as an exponent of marginalization, one-sided production of sex and a valuation or ranking where transgender placed at the bottom of a hierarchy. LGBT Denmark - National Association for Gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgender people - will find this extremely regrettable. The association believes that the news broadcast coverage to transgender was not fair and honest, " says Sebastian Svegaard trans political spokesperson for LGBT Denmark"
Wait its not over!
Martin Miller Aamand, editor of panbladet.dk a gay magazine in a example of blatant gay transphobia defends the reporters remarks Here apparently saying the transphobic remarks were taken out of context. It also appears he believes these remarks that have sparked international condemnation are simply healthy conversation.

Tyjanae Moore focus of religious zealots hatred
Dave Welch, spokesman for the Houston Area Pastor Council HAPC is a boldface liar. Dave Welch, pictured left, would see this woman Tyjanae Moore beaten, for gods sake!
He knowingly made misleading statements about transgender people in the bible to support his desire that this woman, Tyjanae Moore be denied entrance to the woman's room and instead be forced to use the men's room and forced into extremly dangerous situations likely leading to physical violence.
See video upper right or this link
Tyjanae Moore in Houston Texas on November 17 was found and falsely jailed for using the ladies room. This brought out Dave Welsh, a right wing religious extremist who made statements that would have everyone beleive transgender people are something new and undefined in society and condemned by the bible.
Nothing could be farther from the truth.
In the old testament Isaiah 56 "Rewards for Obedience to God"
3Let not the (F)foreigner who has joined himself to the LORD say,
"The LORD will surely separate me from His people "
Nor let the (G)eunuch say, "Behold, I am a dry tree."
4For thus says the LORD,
"To the eunuchs who (H)keep My sabbaths,
And choose what pleases Me,
And (I)hold fast My covenant,
5To them I will give in My (J)house and within My (K)walls a memorial,
And a name better than that of sons and daughters;
I will give them an everlasting (L)name which (M)will not be cut off.
In the new testament Mathew 19:11,12"
11But He said to them, "(J)Not all men can accept this statement, but (K)only those to whom it has been given.
12"For there are eunuchs who were born that way from their mother's womb; and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by men; and there are also eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. He who is able to accept this, let him accept it."
As a angel of the lord instructed a successful pastor to leave his congregations comfort and travel a desolate road, ours together less traveled, in Acts 8;
"An Ethiopian (eunuch or trans person) Receives Christ"
25So, when they had solemnly (AH)testified and spoken (AI)the word of the Lord, they started back to Jerusalem, and were (AJ)preaching the gospel to many villages of the (AK)Samaritans.
26But (AL)an angel of the Lord spoke to (AM)Philip saying, "Get up and go south to the road that descends from Jerusalem to (AN)Gaza." (This is a desert road.)
27So he got up and went; and (AO)there was an Ethiopian eunuch, a court official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was in charge of all her treasure; and he (AP)had come to Jerusalem to worship,
28and he was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah.
29Then (AQ)the Spirit said to Philip, "Go up and join this chariot."
30Philip ran up and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
31And he said, "Well, how could I, unless someone guides me?" And he invited Philip to come up and sit with him.
32Now the passage of Scripture which he was reading was this:
"(AR)HE WAS LED AS A SHEEP TO SLAUGHTER;
AND AS A LAMB BEFORE ITS SHEARER IS SILENT,
SO HE DOES NOT OPEN HIS MOUTH.
33"(AS)IN HUMILIATION HIS JUDGMENT WAS TAKEN AWAY;
WHO WILL RELATE HIS GENERATION?
FOR HIS LIFE IS REMOVED FROM THE EARTH."
34The eunuch answered Philip and said, "Please tell me, of whom does the prophet say this? Of himself or of someone else?"
35Then Philip (AT)opened his mouth, and (AU)beginning from this Scripture he (AV)preached Jesus to him.
36As they went along the road they came to some water; and the eunuch said, "Look! Water! (AW)What prevents me from being baptized?"
37[[a]And Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God."]
38And he ordered the chariot to stop; and they both went down into the water, Philip as well as the eunuch, and he baptized him.
39When they came up out of the water, (AX)the Spirit of the Lord snatched Philip away; and the eunuch no longer saw him, but went on his way rejoicing.
Trans people have been loved by our God, accepted by Jesus Christ and welcomed into the kingdom since the beginning of our Lords recorded history. It would be in Dave Welch's interest if he desisted from spreading lies and untruths about Christian trans people and our place in society.

Bowling Green Anti transgender Political Mailer Campaign Slanders nonresidents
Bowling Green Ohio political action group "BG Citizens Voting No to Special Rights Discrimination" mass mailing being sent to area voters
But there's a even more insidious malevolent intent.
This campaign is meant to cow transgender people nationwide. Its purpose is to isolate us individually making us hope for safety in obscure anonymity. They wish to make us subservient to there extremist right wing agenda, fearful of intimidation.
This pseudo political hate group has obtained enough petition signatures to put to vote the Bowling Green human rights ordinances passed by the city council last August.
The BG hate group methods mirrors in many ways mirror the failed recall campaigns waged by local hate groups and defeated by popular vote spearheaded by Michigan's One Kalamazoo and Florida's Equality Gainesville and Equality is Gainesville's Business.
Truth Wins Out!
One Bowling Green responds and is validated as the hateful lies disappear in the presence of truth! There have been no discrimination complaints filed since Kalamazoo ordinance vote or instances of anyone's privacy or safety being compromised by equality in Gainesville.

Murderous echoes.

- #1. Larkin was not a "she".
- #2. Maybe the false advertising is what got him in trouble?
- #3. When are we going to stop coddling these gender variant cretins?
I just wonder how much tax money went to a study to figure out all these stats.
Here's a little hint....If you're a male, show up for a job interview looking like a male and not some kind of freak. Vice versa for the ladies.
