A video has emerged of GOP Presidential Nominee Donald Trump handing (presumably) money to a grocery shopper at a checkout and telling her "It's going down a little bit...it just went down a hundred bucks. We'll do that for you for the White House, alright".
Is that legal?
Pretty sure the FEC would like a word because you betcha there’s a federal law that prohibits this type of undue financial influence
