Whoopi: I Don't Like The Way *Trump* Talks to us, Gay Folk or To The Nation

After former Pres. Trump made claims on Joe Rogan's podcast about about past visit to #TheView Whoopi Goldberg and her fellow co-hosts weigh in with what really went down that day.

Rogan began the podcast by showing the wrong clip falsely claiming that the former president was greeted warmly by friendly hosts. The first time Trump visited The View was in 2011 when Trump was called out for his racist Obama birther lies

Whoopi: "HONEY, JOE, I THINK YOU MISSED THIS PART.TAKE A LOOK."

Trump: "I WANT HIM TO SHOW HIS BIRTH CERTIFICATE. THERE'S SOMETHING ON IT I DON'T LIKE."

Whoopi: "OH MY GOD."

Whoopi: "I THINK THAT'S THE BIGGEST PILE OF DOG MESS I'VE HEARD IN AGES.

Trump: "WHY NOT SHOW IT, RIGHT? THERE'S SOMETHING HE DOESN'T WANT TO SHOW."

Whoopi: "IT'S BECAUSE HE'S BLACK."

Trump: "LET HIM SHOW -- IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT."

Whoopi: WAS ANY WHITE PRESIDENT ASKED TO BE SHOWN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE? YOU'RE A CITIZEN OF AMERICA. YOU KNOW THAT HE'S AMERICAN. I'M SORRY. THAT'S B.S.

Whoopi: "THIS SHOW HAS -- HAS ALLOWED ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE TO COME ON. PEOPLE WE AGREE WITH, PEOPLE WE DON'T AGREE WITH. I'VE NOT BEEN A FAN OF THIS MAN'S. I DON'T LIKE HOW HE TALKS TO US. I DON'T LIKE HOW HE TALKS TO THE NATION."

"SO I HAVE NOT REALLY HAD MUCH TO SAY UNTIL HE STARTED RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT. THEN I CAN SAY EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO SAY. MY FACE SAID EVERYTHING ELSE."

Ana: "YOU DISLIKED HIM FROM EVEN BEFORE -- EVEN BEFORE THAT WHEN YOU FIRST HAD AN ENCOUNTER WITH HIM."

Whoopi: "WELL, I JUST -- HE'S BEEN IN NEW YORK --"

Sunny: "YES."

Whoopi: "FOREVER. HE'S A NEW YORK PERSON, AND BEEN A NEW YORK CHARACTER, BUT BEING A CHARACTER ON TELEVISION IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN BEING THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE WHAT YOU CAN'T DO AND WHAT THEY DID FOR YEARS, WHICH IS WHY PEOPLE GOT UP AND SAID, YOU CAN'T TALK TO ME LIKE THIS ANYMORE."

"YOU CAN'T TALK ABOUT ME LIKE THIS ANYMORE, AND PEOPLE SAID, OH.YOU KNOW, YOU'RE WOKE. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ASLEEP. NO ONE'S EVER LET US SLEEP BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD TO KEEP --I'M SORRY, BABY."

"BECAUSE WE HAVE HAD TO KEEP REMINDING PEOPLE THAT WOMEN DON'T WANT TO BE SPOKEN DOWN TO."

"GAY FOLKS DON'T WANT TO BE SPOKEN DOWN TO."

"STRAIGHT FOLKS DON'T WANT TO BE SPOKEN DOWN TO."

"PEOPLE DON'T WANT TO BE SPOKEN DOWN TO."

Tony Hinchcliffe Racist Speech In Full at Trump MSG Rally

“I don’t know if you know this but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico,” Hinchcliffe told the crowd (you could literally hear the maga gasp), seguing to a racist trope about Black people “carving watermelon” for Halloween.

The mainstream media calls Tony Hinchcliffe a comedian who later claimed his comments were taken out of context. To be clear, Hinchcliffe is a racist, a white supremacist, who had no business addressing the public on behalf of any political candidate.

This morning America awakens to news that the Trump Campaign is trying to "distance" it from Hinchcliffe's racist speech. Notably, Trump isn't disavowing or condemning Hinchcliffe.

"A spokesperson for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign is attempting to distance the candidate from a racist joke about Puerto Rico made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, who spoke before the former president at his Madison Square Garden rally Sunday night. “I don’t know if you know this but there’s literally a floating island of garbage in the middle of the ocean right now. I think it’s called Puerto Rico,” Hinchcliffe told the crowd.

In response to the massive backlash to Hinchcliffe’s comments, which also included a racist trope about Black people “carving watermelon” for Halloween, Trump campaign senior adviser Danielle Alvarez told CNN political reporter Kate Sullivan, “This joke does not reflect the views of President Trump or the campaign.”

"Like the rest of the speakers who took the stage before Trump, Hinchcliffe’s remarks were pre-loaded into a teleprompter, indicating that they would likely have been vetted by the campaign in advance," notes The Daily Beast

Gov. Walz and @AOC react to this clip: “When you have some a-hole calling Puerto Rico ‘floating garbage,’ know that that's what they think about you. It's what they think about anyone who makes less money than them… I want every Puerto Rican in Philadelphia and Reading and across the country to see this clip”

Make no mistake, Hinchcliffe's microphone wasn't cut off, he remained on stage unhindered. Trump just called America a garbage dump. Hinchcliffe just took that a step further. This is how fascists work. They have someone else say the silent part first and take the fall for it. Once that disgusting part is normalized Trump if elected will take it further.
